Own and prioritize the product roadmap for Card, Rewards, Payments, and BBPS. Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Card, Rewards, Payments, and BBPS.
- Make trade-offs between compliance, user experience, and business goals.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to ship features.
- Define success metrics and be accountable for them.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management.
- At least 3 years in Indian fintech, such as payments, lending, neobanks, or trading apps.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing fintech products.
- Deep understanding of UPI, IMPS, card networks, KYC, AML, and RBI regulations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; the role is onsite.
- Crypto understanding is nice to have but not required.
