We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Channel Engagement & Specialised Product Crew within the Shared Equity Schemes Squad.
In this role, you'll shape the future of shared equity solutions, primarily Help to Buy, by designing customer-centric products, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative propositions that make home ownership more accessible for more Australians.
Working at the intersection of customer experience, technology, policy and regulation, you'll solve complex customer and frontline challenges while partnering across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, Design and external stakeholders, including Housing Australia. Together, you'll deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve customer outcomes while supporting strong governance and regulatory compliance.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the strategy, roadmap and performance of your product portfolio, working with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful customer outcomes and business value.
You'll identify opportunities, shape product direction and bring people together to solve complex problems, from defining future propositions through to delivering technology-enabled solutions that transform the home buying experience.
In this role you'll:
Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps that deliver customer, commercial and regulatory outcomes.
Partner with engineering and other key stakeholders to design, deliver and continuously evolve market-leading home buying experiences.
Harness AI, automation, data and emerging technologies to simplify customer and frontline journeys.
Use customer insights, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and prioritise investment.
Influence senior stakeholders and build strong partnerships across Technology, Risk, Operations and external government organisations.
Balance innovation with robust governance, embedding risk and compliance into product design and delivery.
