Senior Product Manager (govt/SI/contract)

They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of product development — from problem definition through to release and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem definition and stakeholder discovery through to release, adoption, and iterative improvement
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and end users to deeply understand the problem space and develop clear, well-articulated problem statements
• Craft compelling business proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding approval from senior leadership
• Define success metrics and establish monitoring dashboards to track product performance and progress against goals
• Identify key hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives that drive measurable product outcomes
• Build and maintain a product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Collaborate with designers and software engineers throughout the design, development, testing, and release process
• Drive product adoption by actively engaging with and supporting users post-launch, using insights to continuously iterate and improve

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product ownership, with strong end-to-end product development experience working alongside design and engineering teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, prioritise competing demands, and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or wireframing tools (is a bonus)
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline (is a bonus)
• Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional (is a bonus)
