Senior Product Manager, Growth

You will own and improve the growth funnel from signup through activation, checkout, seat expansion, and sales-assisted conversion. You will define key metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, develop hypotheses from customer and funnel insights, and ship product bets that improve conversion and revenue. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, GTM, and lifecycle partners to prioritize work, maintain a rapid shipping pace, and evaluate the outcomes of each experiment.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the trial-to-paid funnel across onboarding, activation, checkout, and sales outreach
• Analyze user drop-off points, form hypotheses, and ship product bets that improve conversion
• Maximize seat expansion by improving user activation, paid-seat promotion, and contraction reduction
• Work with GTM and lifecycle partners on PLS signals and automation
• Lead a cross-functional growth pod and prioritize work that drives business impact
• Define key metrics, build dashboards, and evaluate experiment outcomes
• Decide when to use A/B testing and when to rely on product judgment
• Identify growth opportunities using data insights and customer feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management and/or growth experience
• Track record of owning and improving business metrics
• Experience at a PLG or PLS company
• Knowledge of product, sales, and growth loops
• Experience with funnel conversion and revenue growth
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative growth signals
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to ship quickly, iterate, and work in ambiguity
