Senior Product Manager, Growth

You will own user-facing product strategy for a unified platform interface. You will identify acquisition loops and referral mechanisms, optimize onboarding through the first meaningful transaction, improve retention and engagement, map user journeys, lead A/B testing, define success metrics, and coordinate growth initiatives across product surfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build product-led growth loops referral mechanisms onboarding flows and user entry points
  • Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience
  • Build features and feedback loops that improve retention and engagement
  • Map and continuously improve user journeys across product surfaces
  • Drive structured A/B testing and experimentation
  • Define success metrics and manage the growth analytics stack
  • Coordinate growth initiatives across product surfaces

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
  • Experience in fintech crypto or financial products
  • Experience with real-world assets trading or investment platforms
  • Personal experience using similar financial products
  • Track record of improving acquisition activation or retention metrics at scale
  • Strong product instincts and user experience judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write well-reasoned product requirements documents
  • Data-driven experience defining KPIs running experiments and translating data into product decisions
  • Availability during US hours based on current team structure
