GTM team enablement and self-serve workflows; CDP implementation (Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, RudderStack or mParticle); experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing; event taxonomy and data governance; vendor ecosystem management across the growth tech stack. |

Platform & tooling fluency |
Comfortable with data pipelines, event schemas, webhooks, REST APIs and database architecture; experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Optimizely or LaunchDarkly. |

Cross-functional leadership |
Proven platform PM experience driving alignment across product teams and establishing shared standards through influence, without direct authority. |
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 155,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 217,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
