Senior Product Manager Growth (w/m/d)
- You own the strategy and target picture for the Cloud Platform journey: how merchants discover, buy, activate and independently manage JTL products in JTL Hub. You translate that into small, feasible and economically sensible milestones and decide what gets built, what is sequenced when, and what is retired. Getting the sequence right is the actual job.
- You own the registration, purchase and upsell experience in JTL Hub from a product perspective. Over time this includes bringing booking options for JTL first-party apps and solutions into JTL Hub.
- You design and continuously improve the self-service journey from purchase to activation, measured by conversion rate, time-to-value and activation rate - in close partnership with the respective product teams.
- You build and run a structured experimentation framework: A/B tests on purchase and onboarding flows, funnel analyses, fast hypothesis tests with direct impact on self-service conversion. You build the analytics and instrumentation foundation this requires - today, you start close to greenfield.
- You build the growth capabilities of the platform - onboarding framework, experimentation tooling, recommendation surfaces - that all JTL product teams use for their own activation flows. This role has a defined growth path toward a portfolio-wide product growth mandate.
- You coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, UX and Engineering, with an end-to-end perspective on the whole purchase journey.
- You shape JTL Hub as a growth channel: merchants should not only manage their setup but also discover which further JTL solutions fit their business, with upsell and cross-sell as an integral part of your product thinking.
- 7+ years as a Product Manager including demonstrable end-to-end ownership of a growth or self-service topic in complex B2B SaaS environments. You know conversion funnels and activation metrics from your own practice.
- You think in funnel steps and metrics (activation, time-to-value, conversion), not in feature lists.
- Experience with data-driven optimization: A/B testing, funnel analysis and a clear metrics orientation are part of your craft. You are hands-on with product analytics tooling.
- You develop a strong target picture and derive a realistic, staged path towards it, with the project-management strength that complex transition phases require.
- You use AI as a natural part of your craft - for research, funnel analysis, experiment design and drafting - and you critically evaluate its output rather than taking it at face value.
