We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Manager (GTM) to lead how our global finance & credit products are brought to market across multiple countries.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, shaping how we position, launch, and scale our products to drive strong adoption and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer teams to ensure every launch lands with impact.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Own and deliver go-to-market strategy: Define how products are positioned, priced, and launched to win in the market
  • Drive successful product launches: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-impact launches across regions
  • Accelerate adoption and revenue growth: Track performance and continuously optimise GTM strategies to maximise commercial success
  • Enable sales to succeed: Equip commercial teams with compelling messaging, demos, and materials that convert
  • Partner with marketing to build demand: Shape campaigns and content that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Use data to refine strategy: Analyse market performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to stay ahead
  • Own product performance in market: Monitor key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Act as the voice of the customer: Ensure product and positioning align with real customer needs and expectations
  • Influence at senior level: Provide clear, data-led insights on performance, opportunities, and ROI
  • Support and mentor others: Share your experience to help develop junior team members and strengthen GTM capability
  • What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches in a B2B environment, with around 8+ years of experience working across product management, GTM or similar
  • Strong background in data, analytics, or technology-led products
  • Ability to translate market insight into clear commercial strategy and results
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams in a cross-functional setting
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach: you spot opportunities and take action
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
