Senior Product Manager - Horizontal UI Experiences
Summary
Senior Product Manager at Snowflake owning horizontal UI experiences across its data and AI platform — improving core customer journeys (login, homepage), shared UI components and design systems, performance, accessibility, and global readiness. The work centers on cross-functional roadmap ownership with engineering, design, and product teams.
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Snowflake’s product experience is how customers engage with our data and AI platform. As the Senior Product Manager for Horizontal UI Experiences, you will improve the quality, speed, consistency, and reach of Snowflake’s UI experience across the workflows and shared UI capabilities customers rely on every day.
You will own a focused, cross-product charter spanning core customer journeys, UI platform components, design systems, performance, accessibility, and global readiness. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, and product teams to turn customer needs into a clear roadmap and measurable improvements.
AS A SENIOR PM AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for horizontal UI experiences, balancing customer needs, product quality, technical constraints, and business impact.
Improve end-to-end experiences across login and authentication, the homepage, and core customer journeys.
Partner with design and engineering to evolve shared UI capabilities, including the design system and personalization, so experiences feel coherent across products.
Drive improvements to performance and product latency, working with engineering teams to identify the highest-impact opportunities and measure progress.
Make Snowflake work for more customers by advancing accessibility, localization, URL readiness, and support for additional regions.
Build a strong understanding of customer friction through research, usage data, customer feedback, and cross-functional input.
Define success measures, establish baselines, and use evidence to prioritize work and assess whether changes improve customer experience.
Create alignment across partner product teams and functions, making ownership, trade-offs, and decisions clear.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
4+ years of product management experience owning and delivering customer-facing software products or substantial product areas.
A track record of turning customer problems into a focused product strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.
Strong product judgment for end-to-end workflows, usability, and consistent experiences across multiple surfaces.
Comfort using qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
The ability to partner effectively with engineering and design on technically complex product areas, and to communicate trade-offs clearly.
Experience influencing multiple teams and stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain decisions and bring teams along.
BONUS POINTS:
Enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or complex multi-product environments.
Shared UI platforms, design systems, or horizontal product experiences.
Product work involving performance and latency, authentication, accessibility, localization, or regional availability.
WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?
You’ll work on product experiences that cut across Snowflake and matter to customers throughout their day-to-day use of Snowflake. The charter combines visible customer-facing journeys with foundational improvements to speed, accessibility, and global reach—and gives you the opportunity to shape a focused roadmap with engineering, design, and product partners.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
