Turn customer needs, market insights and clinical workflow opportunities into future-proof image-guided therapy solutions to advance minimally invasive therapies and help clinicians treat their patients more effectively – one patient treated with an IGT solution every second.

Your Challenge

As Senior Product Manager IGT-S, you will drive timely execution of innovation projects and prepare for optimized lifecycle management for the Philips Azurion platform. Your focus is on identifying unmet customer& market needs as well as competitive offerings and steering a cross-functional team towards developing and successfully launching differentiating, value-adding solutions that elevate quality of care.

Your Role

• Translate customer needs, market dynamics and clinical workflow insights into clear value propositions and product requirements with strong market fit.
  Ensure solutions are developed on time with winning product claims in place, successfully launched to market and properly maintained over their entire lifetime.

• Drive for business success by shaping business cases, creating roadmap for differentiating claims and strategies for pricing, commercialization and launch concepts. All aspects listed with overarching goal in mind to achieve financial, market share and clinical adoption targets and contribute to Philips’ strategic ambitions.

• Drive cross-functional execution from development to global launch and lifecycle management with cross-functional teams across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, wider Marketing organization and regional market teams.

You are Fit if

• 5–10 years of Product Management experience within the healthcare technology industry, preferably in the space of minimally invasive therapies or in closely related area

• Passion for leveraging AI and data to drive for daily efficiency, analyze & quantify business-relevant insights and understand AI-enabled innovation environment

• Proven experience in defining value propositions, pricing strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
  Ability to grasp complex technical product aspects and process frameworks.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business or related field.

Success Measures

• Successful launch of product solutions that achieve defined market share targets

• Continuous performance improvement of Azurion platform in view of financial performance, quality KPIs, competitiveness

• Compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
On-site roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base gross annual salary range for this role is € 78,187.00 - € 130,312.00 EUR Annual. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
