Senior Product Manager

We are looking to speak to Lead Product Managers & Senior Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product engagements from initial discovery and strategic planning through to roadmap development and implementation.
• Define product direction by balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Partner closely with clients to navigate complex problems, uncertainty, and strategic decisions.
• Promote modern product management and engineering practices that deliver tangible business and customer outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Represent the product practice through industry events, professional communities, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of leading complex products or initiatives.
• Strong strategic and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative product development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence working with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across different teams, functions, and organizational levels.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for solving problems, improving products, and creating meaningful impact.
