The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Integrations & Solutions at Dedrone by Axon, you will own how our counter drone technology connects to the broader customer ecosystem. That includes third party sensors and effectors, customer systems, APIs, and the wider Axon platform, along with the packaged solutions that bring those pieces together for specific deployments and mission types. You will make sure customers get a coherent, interoperable airspace security solution rather than a collection of disconnected parts. This is a cross functional role that works closely with engineering, solutions engineering, field teams, and partners to turn complex multi system deployments into repeatable products.
What You'll Do
- Own the integrations and solutions roadmap end to end: vision, requirements, partner strategy, and launch
- Define integration standards, API and data contracts, and interoperability requirements across detection, command and control, and response systems
- Partner with Software Engineering, Hardware, Data Platform, and Solutions Engineering to ship integrations that are reliable and scalable
- Package integrated capabilities into repeatable, deployable solutions for federal, defense, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure customers
- Evaluate build, buy, and partner decisions for third party sensors, effectors, and technology partners
- Drive customer validation through direct engagement with operators and integrators in the field
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on commercial packaging and go to market for integrated solutions
- Implement AI agents to reinvent how you ship products and 10x your product team's effectiveness
What You Bring
- 7+ years of product management experience shipping software or technical products, with 3+ years in integrations, platforms, solutions, defense, security, or comparable mission critical domains
- A proven track record delivering integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities that drove measurable adoption or revenue
- Experience managing multi system, multi vendor, or multi tenant architecture decisions
- A passion for understanding customers' challenges and objectives
- The ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into well defined product requirements and technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non technical audiences
- Experience with Jira and agile backlog management
- Working knowledge of counter UAS, or the ability to ramp quickly into the domain
- US person (ITAR eligibility required)
- [Security clearance requirement: to confirm]
Nice to Have
- Experience using agentic AI to accelerate product development and deployment
- Background in defense tech, aviation, or first responder software
- Experience with multi sensor data fusion, edge computing, or real time distributed systems
- Experience partnering with Sales on commercial packaging for platform or data products
