We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Inventory Management to join our global Retail Intelligence and Revenue Optimization team, where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers high-impact solutions that empower airlines to optimize pricing, manage inventory efficiently and modernize offer orchestration across global channels. As a Senior Product Manager - Inventory Management, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and commercial execution for Sabre's airline inventory management solutions. You will support the evolution of our airline inventory system while driving strategic readiness for next-generation Offer and Order management architectures. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate complex market needs into refined product strategies, partner closely with engineering teams and engage global commercial stakeholders with high emotional intelligence and strategic discipline.

What you'll do

  • Lead product vision, lifecycle strategy, business requirements analysis and roadmap priorities for Sabre's core airline inventory management products.
  • Manage product scope prioritization to enhance existing solutions and deliver new capabilities that drive customer profitability.
  • Drive the transition from traditional airline inventory systems toward modernized Offer and Order orchestration frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary product Subject Matter Expert (SME) scrum teams, crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Engage directly with global airline customers, commercial teams and delivery care groups through focus groups, site visits and product demonstrations to gather market input.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning and customer usage data to continuously sharpen feature definitions and solution architecture.
  • Leverage AI, analytics and automation technologies to reduce manual operational effort, accelerate analysis and improve decision-making across inventory workflows.

What you'll bring

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technology roles within airline software, hospitality revenue management systems (RMS) or high-volume e-commerce pricing and distribution platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market-facing roles with direct exposure to global customers, prospects and cross-functional commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in inventory management, inventory control distribution, dynamic pricing or offer/order management.
  • Strong technical grounding with the ability to engage engineering colleagues, articulate technology-driven solutions and map story frameworks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated public speaking and demonstration capabilities for executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications

  • Direct domain experience with Full-Service Carriers (FSCs), Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) or travel agency distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with emerging travel retailing trends, including dynamic offer creation, NDC and AI/ML applications in revenue optimization.
  • Technical understanding of software development processes, including exposure to Java, C++ or SQL environments.
