Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.

This is an opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of a major component of a healthcare technology platform transforming oncology care.
You will turn complex customer and user needs into intuitive, high-impact software experiences that improve how care is delivered.
The role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other users to build deep empathy and translate real-world insights into product decisions.
Data, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration will guide your roadmap and help measure meaningful outcomes.
You will partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Your work will directly influence care-team workflows, patient engagement, and the future of patient-centered oncology care.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major component of the healthcare technology platform, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value for customers and patients.
  • Lead the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Engage directly with customers, healthcare professionals, and end users to understand their needs, challenges, workflows, and priorities.
  • Translate qualitative feedback, user research, business objectives, and data insights into clear product opportunities and actionable decisions.
  • Use product and business data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve product outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to define, build, launch, and support high-quality software solutions.
  • Establish clear priorities and make informed trade-offs across customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
  • Champion best practices across product discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, experimentation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap priorities, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Help advance technology-enabled, data-driven, and AI-supported approaches that can improve healthcare experiences and outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a fast-paced, product-led organization recognized for innovation.
    • Proven experience building and managing B2B software products, with a strong understanding of modern product development practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to own products end to end, including discovery, user research, prioritization, roadmap development, execution, launch, and optimization.
    • Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with users to identify problems and validate product opportunities.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine qualitative insights and quantitative data when making product decisions.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, customer-facing, and business teams around a shared product vision.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate complex problems into clear priorities and actionable requirements.
    • Experience working in healthcare technology, particularly oncology, is highly desirable.
    • Experience developing or managing AI-driven products is a strong plus.
    • Background in engineering, data science, UX design, or another technical discipline is advantageous.
