Senior Product Manager

About

Every day, intelligent software orchestrates the physical world around us – from matching drivers with riders to optimizing global supply chains. Yet inside hospitals, where every second and every decision can affect a patient's life, operations are still spread across dozens of disconnected systems.

At , we're changing that. By combining proprietary hardware, AI-powered intelligence, and deep integrations with the systems hospitals already rely on, we're creating a real-time understanding of hospital operations that software alone can't deliver. That intelligence powers the execution layer hospitals have been missing – helping care teams make smarter decisions and deliver better patient care.

Backed by Goldman Sachs and trusted by leading health systems including HCA Healthcare, Sutter Health, AdventHealth, Trinity Health, Northwell Health, Cleveland Clinic, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we're pioneering the next generation of healthcare operations. We've more than doubled our revenue over the past year and are on track to surpass $70M in annual recurring revenue – not because we're following a market, but because we're defining one.

If you're excited to solve hard problems, work with a team of builders, and help hospitals deliver better care every day, we'd love to meet you!

As a Senior Product Manager at , you’ll be at the intersection of AI, data, and product design, building products that are changing the way hospitals operate.

What You’ll Do

  • Invent and build, not just improve. You’ll push boundaries, rethink workflows, and ask “what if?” until something extraordinary clicks.

  • Design and build AI-first experiences — where models, context, and UX merge to make care operations adaptive and human-centric.

  • Own outcomes end-to-end: define the vision, write crisp specs, drive execution, and measure real impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science to ship fast, smart, and simple.

  • Turn chaos into clarity. You translate ambiguous ideas into strategy, and strategy into beautifully simple product experiences.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: Understand the stack, tools, and customer workflows. Shadow users. Get your hands dirty in the product. Dogfood the product, and provide tactical feedback.

  • 60 Days: Define a sharp product vision for your domain and a roadmap that feels ambitious but real.

  • 90 Days: Ship your first AI-native feature or product improvement that makes the platform faster, smarter, or more delightful.

  • 6 Months: Lead a major initiative that moves metrics — adoption, satisfaction, or operational impact — and becomes a model for how we build.

You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 2+ years of experience in product management or product design, ideally in SaaS, AI, or data-rich systems.

  • Have a builder’s instinct — you hack in Replit or Loveable for fun, and your first reflex is to make, not to spec.

  • Naturally curious, and hungry for knowledge. Your first instinct should be “I wonder why and how this works this way, let me find out more”. You don’t wait for people to explain, you seek out the answers you need.

  • You own the outcomes - and the outcomes are ambitious. We are building industry-changing products which require a strong commitment to the delivery goals, which will require you to lead from the front.

  • Are obsessed with user experience — making complex systems feel simple, beautiful, and inevitable. Through the eyes of innovation and what’s needed. Not what customers want.

  • Balance strategy and execution — you can zoom out to see the whole system and zoom in to ship precision and debate architecture.

  • Bring high energy, low ego, and a love for fast, iterative collaboration. Never feel shy to disagree respectfully, but we own the decision together when we commit.

  • Bonus: You’ve shipped products where AI or data changed the workflow, not just the UI.
