Senior Product Manager (remote-first, open to candidates in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Uruguay) who owns the full product lifecycle: roadmapping, agile sprint ceremonies, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment and user-behavior analysis. Core tooling includes Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack and Flutter.

What you will do
- Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
- Monitor risks, quality and project progress
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them
- Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions
- Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features
- Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary.
- Be able to define short and long term goals
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management
- B2+ English level
- Experience in both B2B and B2C products
- Experience working with regulated industries (preferred)
- Team player with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders
- Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to detail
- Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written
- Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM)
- Regular tools knowledge: GSuit (Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.), Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, Flutter, etc.
