We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (d/f/m) with a strong scaling mindset to join us in manage our Lead to Sale products at scale at mobile.de.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, drive AI-powered feature development, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and other stakeholders to optimize dealer workflows, improve conversion rates, and ensure market competitiveness at scale.

This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or automotive dealer software tools.
  • Proven track record of leading B2B SaaS product initiatives at scale in the tech or automotive sector in the German market.
  • Deep understanding of the German automotive dealer software market and the needs of car dealerships, as well as demonstrated experience in translating insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of agile development, OKR methodologies, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Hands-on mentality, with a passion for driving business results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define KPIs, collect and interpret data, and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Technical acumen, including experience with API integrations, SaaS platforms, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; able to make complex and technical topics easily understandable.
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus (speaking, writing, and understanding)

Requirements

  • Develop and communicate the overall product vision and long-term strategy for Lead to Sale B2B software Products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.it
  • Use your deep knowledge of SaaS, AI, and automotive workflows to identify and develop new product strategies in collaboration with business development, operations, and customer support.
  • Drive the ideation, development, and integration of AI-powered features that automate lead management, improve dealer efficiency, and optimize customer engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring the highest impact for growing our dealer business and improving conversion rates along the entire funnel.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication across the company and external partners, building consensus on the product roadmap, OKRs, and go-to-market activities.
  • Serve as the primary interface among product, engineering, UX, data, GTM, marketing, and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement, leveraging agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies (especially AI/ML), and regulatory changes to ensure the product remains competitive and compliant.
