Senior Product Manager

You will join the Sentinel squad in Copenhagen and help shape risk scoring, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection products. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical product solutions, set priorities with engineering and data science, and build alignment across risk, compliance, commercial, and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the strategic direction and roadmap for risk scoring, transaction monitoring, and fraud detection products.
• Drive the shift from reactive checks to real-time, event-driven detection.
• Own backlog prioritization and delivery planning with engineering.
• Partner with engineering and data science to combine rules and models for retail detection.
• Build trust and clarity across FCP, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, and Engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep experience in financial crime prevention, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, AML, or risk scoring in a regulated environment.
• Product management experience owning and shipping complex technical products end-to-end.
• Experience partnering with regulatory owners such as an MLRO or Compliance function.
• Strong stakeholder management and diplomatic judgment in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Knowledge of event-driven risk models and data-driven detection approaches.
