Senior Product Manager
Summary
Leads product strategy and execution for spot trading, derivatives, and financial products in a crypto exchange, defining trading experiences, roadmaps, and success metrics while collaborating with engineering and design teams.
You define and execute product strategies from concept through launch and iteration for spot trading, derivatives, and financial products. You own the end-to-end trading experience, drive roadmaps for trading infrastructure and financial products, collaborate with engineering and design, track success metrics, and align stakeholders on product priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies for spot trading, derivatives, and financial products
- Design and own the end-to-end trading experience
- Drive roadmaps for trading infrastructure and financial products
- Prioritize initiatives using market insight and user behavior
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver trading features
- Define and track product success metrics
- Align stakeholders on product vision and priorities
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- At least 2 years focused on trading, exchanges, or financial products
- Experience independently leading a trading or financial product from concept through launch
- Deep understanding of order types, matching engines, position management, and risk management
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
- Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with perpetual contracts, futures, or options is preferred
- Familiarity with structured financial products, staking mechanisms, or yield strategies in crypto is preferred
- Blockchain technology and DeFi knowledge is preferred
- SQL and data analysis tool proficiency is preferred
- Experience at a crypto exchange, fintech company, or trading-focused financial institution is preferred
