About the Senior Product Manager role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a strategic visionary who oversees the development and execution of complex digital products. You'll collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, drive product strategy, translate goals into actionable roadmaps, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Based on client goals, you will lead complex products and/or a portfolio of products. However, as you'll likely work on a variety of projects, your responsibilities may also include:

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute that strategy in the delivery phase with the engineering team(s)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features
  • Drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market
  • Plan and carry out product launches, MVPs, and phased releases
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product, competitors, technical innovations, and market
  • Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
  • Write requirements - typically as epics, features, and user stories — including clear acceptance criteria
  • Define and adhere to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
  • Support grooming and refinement ceremonies in collaboration with Tech Leads to ensure alignment on the requirements and to support the delivery goals
  • Identify, document, and communicate risks, changes, or delays as soon as possible
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with client teams

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience delivering at a senior level, including experience in defining product-level OKRs
  • You will typically have at least 3 years' experience delivering commercial impact at scale
  • Demonstrable experience in leveraging AI in day-to-day product operations
  • Demonstrable idea-to-launch product experience
  • Product-level ownership (not feature or journey level)
  • Hands-on experience delivering products in an agile environment, collaborating directly with engineers and designers
  • Experience with early-stage products, new product development, and product modernisation from discovery to MVP launch and beyond
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders at various levels (C-Suite, VP, Director) and areas of the organisation, with differing business goals, to drive successful roadmaps and releases. You may have previously played a Head of Product or equivalent role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with product experience and mature judgement
  • The ability to define and lead product discovery workshops to define customer journeys, deliver tangible roadmaps and a prioritised backlog, including test-and-learn and A/B testing methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering business and customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
