Senior Product Manager

Establish and run a structured product discovery process, conduct frequent user interviews, design and launch experiments with clear success criteria, iterate using build-measure-learn loops, synthesize insights into actionable engineering work, prioritize outcomes, and ship weekly improvements in a 0-to-1 context.

Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments with measurable success criteria

• Develop and validate a clear niche thesis within the onchain trading ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• At least 2 years of experience in product discovery or 0-to-1
• Proven track record finding product-market fit in ambiguous spaces
• Excellence in user research and synthesis
• Ability to work independently and move fast
• Located in the United States or Europe
• Ability to convert user research into actionable engineering work
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0 to 1
