Senior Product Manager
Summary
The Senior Product Manager will oversee product positioning, roadmap prioritization, and partner-facing API delivery for embedded finance integrations. The role involves managing partner relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining platform reliability using AWS infrastructure.
You will own product positioning, roadmap prioritization, backlog management, partner relationships, and new partner integrations. You will oversee partner-facing API delivery, make sequencing decisions, lead incident response, manage root-cause analyses, support regulatory compliance, and monitor reliability and partner health metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own product positioning roadmap and prioritization
- Manage and groom the product backlog
- Define product problems and feature agendas
- Manage embedded-finance partner relationships and commercial commitments
- Coordinate new partner integrations with e-wallets banks and other partners
- Track partner activation retention transaction volume and revenue contribution
- Evaluate commercial and build-versus-buy trade-offs
- Deliver partner-facing APIs for fiat crypto quotes trades and KYC onboarding
- Make go-or-no-go and delivery sequencing decisions
- Lead platform incident response and root-cause analyses
- Analyze regulatory requirements and support compliance submissions
- Own partner-facing API reliability SLAs
- Define metrics dashboards and alerting for partner health
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of access management controls across infrastructure systems
- Experience with AWS IAM and Directory Service setup
- Substantial experience administering Identity and Access Management
- Experience enforcing least privilege
- Experience conducting user access reviews and mapping IT accounts to individual identities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with other AWS services is a plus
