Where Your Work Moves the Needle.
At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will drive the product definition, strategy and execution to enhance the platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and go-to market teams. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the leadership team.
This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor.
You will:
Own the strategy, roadmap and execution for Lifecycle Management, the post-onboarding employee and employer experience, starting with Time (time off, leave of absence and time tracking), working within the product strategy set with Product leadership.
Translate customer needs, market insight and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements for time off, leave of absence and timesheets across dozens of country-specific rules.
Define use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline day-to-day EOR employee workflows, such as balance questions, leave requests and timesheet checks.
Partner closely with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design and technical feasibility, including accrual logic, policy configuration, tenure inheritance and handoffs from leave of absence and timesheets to payroll.
Work hands-on with data, writing SQL queries, analyzing usage and support patterns, and instrumenting features to measure impact on employees, managers and operations.
Define and track success metrics, running experiments and iterating based on data.
Communicate roadmap, trade-offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership across engineering, design, operations and onboarding.
You have:
5+ years of Product Management experience
Track record owning a product area from discovery to shipped, adopted features
Hands-on experience testing product before release and editing FAQs and documentation
Comfort with data: size problems with numbers, and can say what metric moved and by how much on something you shipped
Experience using AI tools effectively in your work, and the judgment to check and improve what they produce
Curiosity about complex, rule-heavy systems that vary by jurisdiction
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working with engineers, designers and operations teams, and presenting to leadership
Startup or fast-paced environment experience; HR tech, FinTech, payroll or global workforce experience is a plus
Experience taking a product from 0-1 is preferred
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
