Role :

• Identify large problem statements, break them down, and build consumer experiences and platforms to solve them
• Scope and phase product building meaningfully over and above standard use cases.
• Translate pod and product strategy into a crisp, annual roadmap and define measurable objectives of a suite of products
• Be the subject matter expert in driving business decisions and fully understand the cost and revenue implications of your product suite.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning and execution cadences across pods.
• Be the thought leader for the product suite and evangelize goals and objectives. Drive alignment across stakeholders by effectively engaging them with data.
• Participate in interviews for PM, APM roles and provide inputs for resource planning across functions.

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 6+ years of experience in Product / Platform building and development.
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to to derive action and make decisions based on large data sets.
• Good with scalable data modeling and abstractions on platform design. Can think over and above traditional use cases.
• Come with a strong point of view on all aspects of the business and balance between a data-backed view and ambiguity.
• Can own output metrics and impact while balancing priorities across pods.
