Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations
Product Strategy & Leadership:
● Define and champion a clear, multi-year product vision and strategy for the platform and integrations, aligned with overall business objectives.
● Mentor and develop at least one direct report, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the product team.
● Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify new integration opportunities and unmet needs.
● Develop and manage a product roadmap that balances foundational infrastructure projects, new integration development, and long-term strategic goals.
● Effectively present product strategy, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team and other key stakeholders.
Technical Execution & Integrations:
● Demonstrate expert technical acumen by translating complex API specs and technical documentation into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and business solutions.
● Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for all integrations, from initial discovery and technical design to launch and iteration.
● Collaborate closely with engineering to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality platform services and integrations.
● Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, risks, and dependencies across multiple internal and external systems to ensure seamless integration.
● Own the relationship with external integration partners, ensuring smooth implementation and interoperability.
Data-Driven Optimization & Communication:
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform health, integration performance, and product success.
● Use data-driven insights to optimize the product, prioritize features, and make sound investment decisions.
● Act as the subject matter expert and primary advocate for the platform and its critical role within the organization. Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful launches.
Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
● 8+ years of experience in software product management, with a significant portion in a technical or platform-focused role.
● Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in restaurant SaaS
● Proven track record of launching and managing successful, complex technical products, such as platforms, APIs, or large-scale integrations.
● Demonstrated ability and commitment to leveraging AI tools to perform job duties; this is a requirement for every team member at the company.
● Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring product managers.
● Expert-level technical acumen with a deep understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and platform architecture.
● Experience working in an agile environment.
● Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to derive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
● Exceptional collaboration, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
● Strong business and financial acumen.
● Strong presentation skills with executive presence.
● Flexibility to work during US hours at least till 5 pm ET is essential for this role.
