Summary

Leads the product vision and strategy for a core HR SaaS platform, defining features that improve the employee experience while collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams.

🚀 About PeopleForce

PeopleForce is an all-in-one HR platform that helps businesses manage the entire employee experience. We’re rethinking how HR software should serve people at work — making everyday processes simpler, experiences more intuitive, and teams more effective.
Join us in shaping the next generation of HR technology.

✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with the ability to independently build and ship software.

For you, building is a natural way to explore an idea. You turn an insight into a working version, test it with users, and use what you learn to shape the next step. AI-powered tools are part of your everyday workflow, helping you take solutions from idea to production.

We call this Product Building: the full product craft, combined with the autonomy to make what you envision. Independent production delivery is a core part of the role, alongside discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.

You’ll bring the judgment to decide when to build independently and when to collaborate more deeply with design and engineering. Across both, you’ll care about the whole experience — functionality, flow, clarity, and quality.

If you enjoy both figuring out what’s worth building and making it real, this role gives you room to do both.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Own your product area’s vision, strategy, and outcomes, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and long-term differentiation
  • Independently build, test, deploy, and iterate on production-ready solutions, taking responsibility for their quality and real-world performance
  • Run discovery alongside hands-on building, putting working prototypes in front of customers early and using evidence and segmentation to validate assumptions and prioritise what matters
  • Use AI throughout your workflow — connecting interface design tools, machine-readable specifications, coding agents, testing, and deployment
  • Partner with design and engineering on intuitive experiences, architecture, integrations, and shared standards, balancing speed with reliability and scalability
  • Drive measurable customer and business impact, working with data and customer feedback to improve activation, engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Align stakeholders through clear reasoning, evidence, and working solutions; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product decisions and launches
  • Automate repetitive work to create more room for customer insight, experimentation, and building
  • Stay curious about market shifts, emerging technologies, and HR practices, translating relevant insights into better product decisions

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of strategic product areas and measurable outcomes
  • A regular practice of building software, including independent production delivery, with recent examples of what you’ve personally created and shipped
  • An established AI-assisted building workflow, not just using AI to draft documents — with a clear understanding of where it falls short, what you handle yourself, and when specialist input is needed
  • Strong product fundamentals: discovery, segmentation, prioritisation, experimentation, and outcome measurement
  • Technical confidence working with APIs, integrations, and data models, and discussing architectural trade-offs with engineering
  • Strong product taste, with the ability to explain why a specific interaction or user journey works and how to improve it
  • Clear communication and structured thinking, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate competing priorities
  • Experience automating parts of your own work, with workflows that run without routine manual effort and save meaningful time
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and genuine enthusiasm for building — with the autonomy and judgment to own results
Experience in HR tech or related domains, or a background in engineering, is a plus. We don’t require a particular tool stack; we care about how effectively you turn problems into working solutions.

🔎 What We’d Love to See

During our conversations, we’ll explore recent examples of what you’ve built and shipped: the problem, your personal contribution, your AI workflow, the constraints you faced, and what you learned from real usage.
Work projects, internal tools, automations, and side projects can all help illustrate your approach, including your experience delivering to production. We’re interested in tangible examples, not a polished portfolio. A demo or walkthrough that respects confidentiality is welcome if you can’t share a public link.

🎁 What We Offer

  • Ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing B2B SaaS HR tech company, with the opportunity to take your ideas all the way to users
  • A focused cross-functional team where your building skills complement design and engineering expertise
  • The opportunity to help shape how we build products with AI
  • 100% remote work with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule
  • Learning, development, and career growth as the company scales
  • Medical insurance after the probation period
  • MacBook and home office setup
  • 20 days of paid annual leave + 10 paid sick days

If you bring strong product craft and enjoy using AI to build and ship real solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
