Senior Product Manager / Product Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000 base salary, plus equity

Reports To: Head of Engineering

About Quanta

Quanta helps lenders, servicers, fintechs, banks, and other financial services

companies improve how they communicate with borrowers. We build and run

digital collections and servicing programs that combine strategy, data, creative,

automation, and technology to help clients reach people more effectively, resolve

accounts earlier, and create better outcomes for both borrowers and creditors.

We work in a regulated, high-stakes part of financial services where small

improvements in communication, workflow, decisioning, and execution can have

a meaningful impact.

We are a problem-to-solution organization. We do not build technology for the

sake of building technology. We build when there is a real client problem, a clear

market opportunity, and a path to a solution that can work beyond a single use

case.

Quanta is growing quickly, and we are now making our first dedicated product

hire. This person will help define how Quanta thinks about product, how we turn

client problems into buildable opportunities, and how we develop the technology

that will shape the next stage of the company.

The Role

We are looking for a product builder.

This role will report to the Head of Engineering and work closely with the CEO on

product direction and company strategy. As Quanta’s first product hire, you will

have a meaningful voice in how product development works at the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Spend meaningful time with existing and prospective clients to understand

their workflows, pain points, constraints, and opportunities and then

identify product opportunities that can improve performance, expand

relationships, or create repeatable capabilities.

  • Validate whether client problems are isolated issues or broader market

opportunities.

  • Help determine whether a product opportunity can be solved in a way that

is useful across multiple clients, not just one.

  • Work closely with the CEO to shape product direction, priorities, and

future roadmaps.

  • Partner with the Head of Growth on new client conversations where

product insight, discovery, or solution design as needed.

  • Use AI heavily to accelerate research, discovery, analysis, prototyping,

documentation, and product thinking.

  • Partner closely with Engineering to make sure we are building the right

things in the right order.

  • Help Engineering understand the client context behind what is being built.
  • Define what success looks like for new products and use feedback, data,

adoption, and operational impact to improve what we build.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a

related role.

  • Experience in financial services, with a strong preference for lending,

servicing, collections, or credit.

  • Ability to work directly with clients and turn messy, real-world problems

into clear product opportunities.

  • An understanding of how to decide what should exist, why it matters, how

it should work, and how we should build it.

  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to make practical tradeoffs.
  • Clear communication with executives, clients, operators, and engineers.
  • Comfort operating in a growing company where the product function is

still being built.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in collections, servicing, borrower engagement, or debt

recovery.

  • Experience with lenders, banks, fintechs, auto finance companies, credit

card issuers, or consumer finance businesses.

  • Experience with AI-enabled products, automation, workflow tools,

decisioning, or communications platforms.

  • Experience building products in regulated or compliance-heavy

environments.

Why This Role Matters

This is Quanta’s first product hire. That means the role is bigger than managing a

roadmap.

You will help define how Quanta listens to clients, identifies product

opportunities, decides what to build, and turns company vision into real

technology. For someone who knows lending and collections, likes building, and

wants to shape a product function from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity

to have real influence on where the company goes next.
