Senior Product Manager
Description
SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
TELECOM FRAUD & DATA ANALYTICS
SOLUTIONS
365squared Limited
365squared is scaling its fraud and
analytics platform for fixed and mobile network operators worldwide. We are
looking for a senior, subject-matter-expert Senior Product Manager to take
end-to-end ownership of specific solutions in our fraud and data insights
portfolio, from market strategy and analytics definition through to commercial
launch, bid leadership, and in-life optimisation.
This is a senior individual-contributor product role. It is intended for a recognised telecom fraud expert who can operate with full autonomy, represent 365squared to C-Level and senior customer contacts and partners as the definitive authority on product strategy, and set the technical and commercial direction for a fast-growing, revenue-critical product line without requiring day-to-day oversight.
Artificial Intelligence sits at the core of our solutions. You should bring a deep understanding of how AI and Machine Learning are applied in fraud and analytics solutions today, and you will shape how 365squared uses AI across detection, analyst tools and the wider user experience.
You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work directly with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and the executive team to define what 365squared builds, how it is sold, and how it is defended against competitors and evolving fraud typologies.
About the Role
You will own the full product lifecycle
for 365squared's messaging fraud analytics portfolio, commencing with a full
review of the current portfolio, and extending to future fraud and
data-monetisation solutions, including convergance to voice and other communication
channels. This includes translating deep domain expertise into deliverable
analytics definitions (PRDs), building the commercial and go-to-market case,
and enabling Sales and Operations to sell and support the product
independently.
You will also act as the senior product
authority on customer bids and RFPs, and as a thought leader on the fraud
landscape, providing expertise on emerging threats, competitor moves and
regulatory change that will shape the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Own the product vision and strategy for the fraud analytics
portfolio, defining scope and differentiation based on detailed knowledge
of operator pain points, competitor solutions and market trends.
Define the product roadmap, prioritising features and new fraud
use cases based on customer value, technical feasibility and commercial
return.
Act as the internal authority on the evolving global fraud
landscape, proactively identifying new threat vectors (beyond current
scope, e.g. new GSMA-classified fraud types) and building the case for
their inclusion in the roadmap.
Champion a customer and commercially focused product approach
across the business.
Own the AI/ML strategy for your portfolio, maintaining a
current and high-level understanding of how AI is being applied across
fraud detection, analyst tools and customer-facing products. You will be
tasked with applying your knowledge into a product roadmap with AI as a
true differentiator.
New & Existing Products: Portfolio Refresh & New
Product Definition
Lead a structured review of the existing messaging fraud
analytics portfolio against operator needs, competitor capability and
evolving fraud typologies — defining a refresh roadmap where required.
Own, from ideation, the end-to-end definition of new
complementary solutions that extend the portfolio into adjacent fraud
types or channels, based on market and customer insight.
For both refreshed and new products, produce buildable
analytics definitions
Work hands-on with Development to scope, write PRDs/user
stories, and oversee delivery through to launch and iteration — for both
refreshes and new builds.
Commercial Ownership & Go-to-Market
Build and own the business case for each product area
Define the Go-to-Market plan, including target segments,
packaging/pricing approach, key customer drivers to address, and how the
solution is sold.
Produce customer-facing collateral to a standard that Sales can
engage with potential customers without Product Manager involvement.
Track product and commercial performance through KPIs and usage
data, driving continuous improvement.
Conduct regular market analysis and use findings to inform
product and commercial decisions.
Bid & Proposal Leadership
Take ownership of bid and RFP responses relating to your
product area, coordinating technical, commercial and sales stakeholders to
produce compelling, accurate and compliant proposals.
Act as the product owner in customer facing bids.
Build and maintain a library of reusable, high-quality bid
content to accelerate future responses.
Enablement, Training & Operational Readiness
Design and deliver sales enablement (training sessions, FAQs,
objection handling).
Define the operational enablement plan, ownership model and
escalation paths in consultation with Service Management and Operations
leadership.
Produce clear handover packages when transitioning ownership of
any product component, enabling a clean transition with no rework.
Domain Thought Leadership & Mentoring
Represent 365squared externally as a recognized subject-matter
expert in telecom fraud, including with customers, industry bodies and at
events where relevant.
Provide informal technical and commercial mentorship to
product, delivery and sales colleagues on fraud domain matters.
Why Join 365squared?
Operate at the highest individual-contributor level in Product,
with direct influence on company strategy.
Take full end-to-end ownership of a revenue-critical,
high-growth product portfolio at the forefront of telecom fraud
prevention.
Shape the direction of a fast-scaling platform as new products
and fraud use cases are launched.
Be part of the Proximus Group, a global leader in digital
communications and innovative security solutions.
5+ years' B2B SaaS product management experience spent in telecom fraud for fixed and mobile network operators. This role requires deep subject matter expertise, it is not a generalist product role.
Demonstrable, current expertise across major voice, SMS and related fraud types and familiarity with GSMA frameworks and definitions.
Track record of owning a fraud or analytics product end-to-end: from opportunity discovery and analytics/detection definition, through development and launch, to commercial success and in-life optimisation.
Experience defining hybrid detection approaches (rules-based and AI/ML) in close partnership with engineering teams, and translating complex detection logic into clear, buildable requirements. Practical knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle to challenge and direct Engineering on its approach.
Current expertise in applied AI for fraud and analytics such as machine learning detection techniques. Key is your ability to determine where AI adds value versus hype.
Strong commercial acumen including business case development, pricing and margin modelling, and competitive/economic positioning against alternative third-party solutions.
Proven leadership of bid, RFP or proposal processes in B2B telecoms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate deep technical detail into customer value for both engineering and business teams.
Comfortable operating as the senior-most product authority on a portfolio, working independently and driving success in a fast-paced, globally distributed team, without requiring close direction.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams (strategy, delivery, commercial, bids, enablement etc.) to a consistently high standard.
