Job Description:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's Web3 platform.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and execute product testing and launch plans.
- Measure and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies.
- Knowledgeable in handling big data governance and experienced in designing complex systems.
- Good understanding of blockchain data structure and how to analyze.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Experience with agile product development methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with user research and testing.
- Prefer candidates with experience in using blockchain analysis tools like Dune, Nansen, or Dextools etc.
- Prefer candidates with a background in designing big data warehouses or data platforms.
