Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Sales to lead products and business problems at the core of a high-growth sales organisation. This senior, hands-on role will focus on improving the complete lead-to-booking journey, spanning offline lead acquisition, territory management, field-sales workflows, channel coordination, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with commercial judgment and a deep understanding of field-sales environments. You will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in sales efficiency, field-force productivity, and conversion while building scalable systems that can support business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of sales-facing products and business problem areas across the lead-to-booking journey.
  • Drive product strategy for offline lead acquisition, retargeting, territory management, field-sales workflows, and booking conversion.
  • Build systems that improve field-force productivity through better spatial visibility, prioritisation, workflow design, and coordination.
  • Develop GIS and map-based solutions to support territory planning, sales allocation, and field-team decision-making.
  • Identify recurring inefficiencies, rework, manual processes, and escalations and solve them through effective product and system design.
  • Improve the handoff between Sales and Operations, ensuring commercial commitments are captured accurately and can be acted upon by execution teams.
  • Define product priorities based on business impact, conversion opportunities, customer needs, and field-team productivity.
  • Lead end-to-end product problem solving, from discovery and problem framing through execution, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Balance near-term business requirements with foundational product improvements required for long-term scale.
  • Use data and business insights to identify opportunities and measure product performance.
  • Drive automation of repetitive sales and operational workflows wherever appropriate.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers, improving problem framing, solution quality, prioritisation, and decision-making.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales conversion, field productivity, and operational efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in sales-facing, commercial, or field-operations products.
  • Strong expertise in Product Management and Sales Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with territory management, field sales, workflow design, and sales operations.
  • Understanding of GIS, spatial data, maps, location intelligence, or territory-based applications.
  • Experience building products for offline acquisition, lead management, sales workflows, or conversion optimisation.
  • Strong ability to understand complex operational processes and convert them into scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent product discovery, problem-framing, prioritisation, and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple product areas and prioritise high-impact opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Sales, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy and trade-offs.
  • Experience in Logistics, FMCG, Real Estate, or other field-force-driven businesses would be an advantage.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining strong ownership and execution discipline.
