Senior Product Manager – Senior Consultant
Summary
Leads digital product strategy and roadmap for a government-focused tech firm, collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver measurable outcomes and drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand the problem space and define problem statements.
- Develop product strategy, hypotheses and initiatives to drive measurable outcomes.
- Prepare proposals to support resource allocation and secure funding.
- Define product success measures and monitor progress through dashboards.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of key goals.
- Work closely with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release digital products.
- Measure product outcomes and continuously iterate to improve performance.
- Engage and support users to drive product adoption.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving business and product outcomes.
- Strong end-to-end Product Management experience from problem definition/discovery through release and continuous improvement.
- Experience working closely with design and engineering teams to build digital products.
- Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and Agile delivery experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Balsamiq.
- Government/public-sector experience.
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science or Product Management-related field.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis Professional.
