Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for assigned modules
- Translate business requirements into clear PRDs and user stories
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog
- Drive end-to-end product execution from discovery to launch
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
- Use data and user insights to guide product decisions and improvements
- Track product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress regularly
- Support go-to-market strategy and sales enablement activities
- Ensure product scalability, usability, and performance
- Identify risks and proactively resolve product-related issues
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or fintech platforms
- Experience owning and delivering complex product roadmaps end-to-end
- Ability to define product vision, strategy, and measurable success metrics
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
- Experience managing backlogs in fast-paced environments
- Experience using product analytics and KPIs
- Experience conducting customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions
- Stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership
- Experience supporting go-to-market launches and sales enablement
- Understanding of product usability, scalability, and performance considerations
- Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution
- Problem-solving and execution skills
