  Position Introduction:
  
  Senior Product Manager‒ Platform&Infrastructure to drive the strategy, design, and development of our core platform ecosystem. This role will focus on building scalable, reusable, and high-performance platform capabilities that support multiple business functions, streamline operations, and enhance overall product efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong platform product management expertise with a deep understanding of consumer-facing (B2C) products and user experience(UX). We are particularly interested in professionals who can bridge the gap between backend platform architecture and frontend user experiences, translate complex business requirements into scalable product solutions, and drive platform development from concept to execution. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, strong technical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Platform Product Strategy & Planning

• Owntheoverallproductstrategy, roadmap, and developmentlifecycle for shared platforms andinfrastructure products.

• Leadtheplanning, design, and continuous optimization of core platform capabilities that support multiple business units and product lines.

• Identify opportunities to consolidate fragmented business functions into scalable, reusable platform solutions.

• Translate business objectives and operational requirements into clear product strategies, specifications, and implementation plans.

• Balance short-term business demands with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, andsustainability.

• Establish product priorities based on business impact, technical feasibility, user needs, and resource availability

1. Platform Architecture & Shared Capabilities

• Drive the design and developmentofcentralized platform capabilities, including shared services, business processes, system integrations, and operational tools.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical solutions, system dependencies, andarchitectural trade-offs.

• Develop standardized and reusable product capabilities that can be efficiently adopted across different business scenarios.

• Identify commonrequirements across multiple products and translate them into unified platform solutions.

• Ensure platform designs support scalability, reliability, flexibility, and efficient cross-system integration.

• Partner with technical teams to improve platform performance, operational efficiency, and system usability.

1. Consumer-FacingProduct&UserExperience(UX)

• Ensure that platform capabilities effectively support frontend product experiences and business objectives.

• Apply strong user-centric design principles to improve product usability, customer journeys, andconversion performance.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and frontend product teams to create seamless experiences between backendsystemsandconsumer-facingapplications.

• Understand howplatformarchitecture and shared capabilities influence user experience, product performance, and commercialoutcomes

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency through platform enhancements.

• Balance technical complexity with intuitive product design and practical business requirements

1. Business Requirement Analysis& Product Design

• Workclosely with business stakeholders to identify underlying challenges, validate requirements, and prioritize high-value opportunities.

• Distinguish genuine business needs from surface-level requests and develop practical, scalable product solutions.

• Transform ambiguousorcomplexrequirementsintostructured product specifications, workflows, and functional designs.

• Develop comprehensiveProductRequirementDocuments(PRDs),userstories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Evaluate the impact of product decisions on existing systems, business processes, and user experiences.

• Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery and solution design through implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

• Act as akeybridgebetweenproduct,engineering, UX/UI, operations, and business teams.

• Workdirectly with engineering teams to evaluate system architecture, technical feasibility, andimplementationapproaches.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and business requirements.

• Take ownershipofproductdecisions and collaborate with technical teams to manage delivery risks and dependencies.

• Drive product development initiatives to ensure timely delivery, quality, and measurable business value.

• Establish effective communication channels to maintain alignment throughout the product developmentlifecycle.

1. Product Performance&ContinuousImprovement

• Establish measurable product success criteria and monitor platform adoption, efficiency, andoverall performance.

• Analyze product data, user feedback, and operational insights to identify improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of platform capabilities in supporting multiple business scenarios.

• Continuously optimize workflows, platform usability, system performance, and business process efficiency.

• Promotedata-driven decision-making and continuous product innovation.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Product Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with solid exposure to platform products, enterprise systems, shared services, or consumer-facing digital products.

• Proven track record of leading product initiatives from concept to launch with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of middleware, shared business capabilities, platform architecture, and reusable product components.

• Experience designing platform solutions that serve multiple products, business units, or operational scenarios, and balancing business customisation with standardisation.

• Solid technical foundation: able to understand system architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations, and to discuss trade-offs directly with engineering teams.

• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify real business needs and turn them into scalable product solutions.

• Excellent systematic thinking, abstraction, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience driving cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing both shared platform capabilities and consumer-facing (B2C) products.

• Background as a software engineer, system architect, or tech lead before moving into product management.

• Good grasp of UX principles, customer journeys, interaction design, and conversion optimisation.

• Hands-on experience building shared platforms or middleware from 0 to 1.

• Experience with high-traffic platforms in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, digital entertainment, or iGaming.

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
