Senior Product Manager – Sportsbook Discovery

A Senior Product Manager at Betsson Group in Budapest who owns end-to-end discovery for player-facing Sportsbook features — turning customer problems into hypotheses, prototypes and success criteria, using AI to accelerate insight generation, and collaborating with design, engineering and commercial teams before handing off to delivery.
- Lead end-to-end product discovery for player-facing Sportsbook improvements, including new features, UX/UI enhancements and new betting experiences
- Translate strategy and customer problems into clear hypotheses, concepts, requirements and measurable success criteria
- Use AI as a practical product and discovery tool to identify opportunities, accelerate insight generation and experimentation, and help create smarter, more personalised and intuitive Sportsbook experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, User Research, Engineering, Commercial teams and other stakeholders to frame customer problems and prioritise opportunities
- Support the transition from discovery into delivery, maintaining alignment on the intended customer outcome and monitoring whether initiatives achieve the agreed success criteria
- Continuously benchmark our Sportsbook experience, relevant digital products and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Significant Product Management experience, including ownership of complex customer-facing digital products and end-to-end discovery
- Strong Sportsbook knowledge and a solid understanding of customer behaviour, industry trends and competitive dynamics
- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative discovery methods, experimentation, prototyping and outcome-based product development
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create clarity, challenge constructively and align senior stakeholders
- A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
