Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain & Operations

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Warehouse Optimization: Automate replenishment and ensure the right SKU quantities and placements for our dark stores and distribution centers.
• Last-Mile Delivery Challenges: Optimize operations so riders can deliver on time, even when demand surges.
• Workforce Tech: Build smart apps that improve efficiency and automate workflows for our warehouse teams and delivery riders.
• Supplier, Finance, and Compliance Automation: Streamline supplier management, finance processes, and compliance requirements to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 8-11 years of experience in product management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• The ability to extract the data you need, analyze it effectively, and craft insightful narratives that drive impactful decisions without any help.
• Experience with e-commerce or internet-based products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and influencing abilities.
