Senior Product Manager - Tech, Price Perception and Evaluation

As the world’s most customer-centric company, we want to provide customers with tools that help them understand how a product’s price has changed and whether a deal represents genuine value. We do this by giving customers a trustworthy view of historical prices and ensuring deal and promotion experiences are supported by the right pricing inputs.

As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will own two connected customer missions. The first is helping customers understand a product’s historical price through clear, useful experiences across Amazon. The second is ensuring deals and promotions have the right pricing inputs to evaluate and support their savings claims.

You will set the worldwide vision for how Amazon captures, interprets, and communicates historical-price information. You will turn large and complex datasets into simple customer guidance while establishing the standards and technical foundations that make the same evidence useful to downstream systems. Your work will shape how customers decide whether now is a good time to buy and how Amazon earns trust in the value communicated through deals and promotions.

This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of customer experience, data, science, and large-scale technology. You will define a multi-year strategy, make high-judgment product decisions, and align teams across Pricing, Deals and Promotions, shopping experiences, and international businesses. You will balance accuracy, coverage, freshness, and simplicity while building solutions that work across diverse products and worldwide marketplaces.
