Senior Product Manager
Summary
Senior Product Manager who owns major fintech product initiatives end to end — from problem framing and requirements through QA, launch, measurement, and iteration. Works across Product, Design, Engineering, Payments, and Data to build simple, trustworthy financial user journeys, with strong focus on APIs, data flows, and instrumentation.
You will own major product initiatives end to end, from problem framing and requirements through execution, QA, launch, measurement, and iteration. You will work across user experiences and underlying systems, ensuring financial journeys are simple, trustworthy, polished, resilient, and well instrumented.
Responsibilities
- Own major product initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration
- Develop requirements and drive execution, product QA, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, Payments, and Data to move the roadmap forward
- Design simple and trustworthy financial user journeys despite complex underlying systems
- Evaluate APIs, data flows, system states, constraints, tradeoffs, dependencies, and edge cases
- Define success metrics and instrumentation and use analysis to make decisions
- Ensure product experiences are coherent, polished, resilient, and ready for launch
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience owning complex products or major initiatives
- Experience building fintech, payments, banking, investing, or crypto products
- Track record of taking products from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Exceptional product judgment and a high bar for quality and detail
- Technical fluency across APIs, data flows, system states, dependencies, and edge cases
- Strong execution across requirements, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, QA, and launch readiness
- Data fluency, including defining success metrics, instrumentation, and turning analysis into decisions
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and leadership
