Summary

Senior Product Manager in Toronto owning a workflow on an all-in-one healthcare practice platform (EHR, billing, telehealth, scheduling) for independent practices. You'd turn clinician and biller pain into a 12-month roadmap and ship AI-assisted documentation/billing features with a squad using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.

Senior Product Manager

Independent practices do not need another dashboard. They need hours back with patients and a practice that stays financially healthy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a workflow on the company's all-in-one practice platform and ship outcomes tens of thousands of private practices can feel: cleaner visits, fewer denials, less after-hours admin. Every hour you remove from the back office is an hour a clinician can spend on care.

Performance Objectives

  • Set and deliver a 12-month roadmap that cuts admin time or lifts practice revenue for one named workflow.
  • Turn clinician, biller, and office-manager pain into prioritized bets, validated with customers—not internal opinion.
  • Ship AI-assisted documentation, billing, or engagement with success metrics, human review, and HIPAA-safe fallbacks.
  • Partner with engineering and design to release on a predictable cadence and track adoption after launch.
  • Own north-star and leading indicators—activation, time-to-value, denial rate, collection yield, or persona NPS—and stop work that does not move them.
  • Align sales, support, and customer success so new value is discoverable, priced, and supported without added complexity.
  • Simplify the workflow. Remove duplicate steps. Leave the product easier to run than you found it.

Environment & Resources

You report to a Director or VP of Product and lead with a dedicated squad across engineering (Java, Spring Boot, React, AWS), design, data, and clinical or revenue-cycle specialists. You will have product analytics, direct access to independent practices, and a roadmap judged by practice outcomes—not feature volume. You will collaborate across the company's product and operations teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management, including 3+ shipping B2B SaaS used daily by operators.
  • A record of outcomes—adoption, revenue, or time saved—not a feature list.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, EHR, revenue cycle, or another regulated workflow where accuracy and auditability matter.
  • Skill translating clinician and biller work into scoped, testable requirements with engineering.
  • Judgment on AI products: evaluation, fallback, and when not to automate.
  • Clear writing and the ability to align stakeholders without formal authority.

Why this company

  • An all-in-one platform built exclusively for independent practices—not hospital software scaled down.
  • EHR, billing, telehealth, payments, scheduling, and patient engagement in one place, trusted by tens of thousands of practices.
  • Real work in AI clinical documentation and healthcare automation, with HIPAA and ONC-certified expectations built in.
  • A growth-stage company that stays entrepreneurial: start with the customer, keep it simple, and win together.
