Senior Product Manager
Summary
The Senior Product Manager will own a critical product area end-to-end at a well-funded AI startup, using AI tools to build and test prototypes directly with enterprise customers. The role requires a hands-on, technical approach to product development in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year
Requirements:- Experienced product manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-moving tech start-up, senior enough to own an area end-to-end
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to build working prototypes and test ideas yourself, rather than writing a spec and joining a queue
- Comfortable building with modern AI, autonomous and agent-style features, and the realities of shipping on top of models that do not always behave the same way twice
- Technical enough to get into the detail and build or adjust things yourself when it gets you to an answer faster
- A track record you can point to, including shipped products, prototypes, and evidence you move fast and back your calls with data
- A commercial mindset, caring whether what you ship gets used and moves the numbers, and understanding how enterprise deals are won and grown
- Used to working closely with enterprise customers, including higher-pressure moments, and comfortable owning metrics, discovery and sharp prioritisation calls under pressure
- A clear, direct communicator with an ownership mindset who is at home in ambiguity and does not wait to be told
- Join a small, high-output team at a seriously well-funded startup and contribute to a fast-growing product area
- Own a critical product area end-to-end from day one
- Work closely with a sharp engineering team and feed directly into company strategy
- Use AI tools to close the gap between idea and answer yourself
