Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Own a product problem domain end to end at an education technology company using AI to support personalized learning. Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to shape strategy, deliver useful features, and improve learning outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for your problem domain, from discovery through delivery and iteration.

• Work closely with engineering and design to build and ship high-quality product experiences at a steady pace.

• Collaborate with go-to-market partners and customers to understand needs and guide product decisions.

• Use customer feedback and product outcomes to refine features and improve their impact.

What We're Looking For

• Five to eight years of product management experience building complex software platforms with multiple features and user surfaces.

• Experience owning customer-facing products in a startup or other fast-paced environment.

• Track record of building or shipping AI/ML product features, such as LLM-powered tools, copilots, or agentic products.

• Comfort working across AI/ML, data pipelines, frontend user experiences, backend systems, and workflow automation.

• Strong product management focus, sustained ownership, and a record of growing responsibility.

• Technical fluency, ideally supported by a computer science background or technical degree.

• Interest in mission-driven work and improving educational outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $210,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
