Senior Product Manager Universal KYC MetaMask Passport

You will own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport. You will build scalable identity-verification primitives and standards, design low-friction KYC journeys, and partner with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer. You will balance privacy, trust, user experience, and global compliance requirements while leading end-to-end delivery of measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport
• Build scalable identity-verification primitives and standards across products
• Design seamless, low-friction KYC experiences
• Reduce time to first transaction while maintaining compliance integrity
• Drive adoption of a consistent identity layer across products
• Balance privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements
• Lead cross-functional execution and deliver measurable outcomes

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling identity verification, KYC, or onboarding products
• Background in fintech, ideally with Web3 exposure
• Experience with identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
• Familiarity with KYC, KYB, customer due diligence, and compliance workflows
• Track record delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
• Ability to work across technical systems and user experience
