Senior Product Manager (Value Added Services)

Responsible for driving product excellence, managing product specialists and cultivating high-impact partnerships to deliver differentiated customer value.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;"><b>What you'll do:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Product Management and Leadership</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Define and drive the strategic roadmap for commodity protection products for both bundled and standalone, aligning with business goals and market trends.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation across offerings.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Lead cross-functional ideation and prioritization of new product concepts and enhancements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Manage and mentor product specialists with goal of achieving overall product strategy</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Partner Management</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Build and maintain high-value relationships with insurance providers and VAS partners.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, ensuring strategic alignment and mutual value creation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives and product pilots</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Ensure data and reporting are accurate for business decisions such as claims, enrollments, premiums and the likes</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Conduct strategic business reviews to assess product and partner performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Act as a senior point of escalation for complex product-related issues and strategic decisions.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Project Implementation</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic product launches and enhancements on time and within scope</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Monitor pilot programs and full rollouts, gathering feedback and optimizing performance.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;"><b>What you need to have:</b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">At least 8 years of experience in product/business development (preferably 5 years as managerial role)</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:Arial;">High analytical skills;
