We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience building consumer apps and a track record of improving growth or revenue.
Our product team is small. You'll work directly with designers and engineers, develop ideas, and follow them through from the first hypothesis to results after launch.
We're an AI-first company and use AI tools in our daily work. We expect you to experiment with them and find practical ways to improve how you work.

What you'll do
Find opportunities to improve how people discover, use, and return to YOPE.
Develop product ideas: take a promising concept further, explore different approaches, and decide what to test.
Work with designers and engineers to define features, agree on scope, and get them shipped.
Set clear goals for each initiative and use data and user feedback to assess the results.
Run experiments to improve growth, engagement, retention, or revenue.
Manage priorities and resolve open questions so work keeps moving.
Follow up after launch, improve what works, and stop what doesn't.
What we're looking for
Experience building and improving consumer apps as a Middle/Senior Product Manager.
Measurable results in growth or revenue, with a clear understanding of which decisions contributed to them.
Product creativity: you can develop an initial idea in depth and propose other ways to solve the same problem.
Strong execution: you can organise work, make decisions, and see initiatives through.
Confidence using product analytics and experiments to test assumptions.
Attention to the details of the user experience.
Clear communication with designers, engineers, and other teammates.
English sufficient to work confidently in an international team.
You don't need experience in a specific industry. We want to hear what you worked on, what you changed, and what results you achieved.
Nice to have
Experience with social products, messaging, or photo and video sharing.
Experience working in a startup with short development cycles.
Experience with consumer monetisation or growth loops.
Practical use of AI tools for research, prototyping, or analysis.
