Senior Product Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in India.
This is a high-impact product marketing role positioned at the intersection of product strategy and go-to-market execution.
You will work closely with Product Management to shape how new capabilities are positioned, launched, understood, and adopted.
Your role will be to turn complex and technical innovation into clear, compelling stories centered on customer value.
You will own cross-functional product launches while ensuring Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams are equipped to succeed.
You will also bring customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback back into product strategy.
Working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders, you will help establish scalable messaging, enablement, and launch processes.

Accountabilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers and marketing leadership to reinforce product-market fit and align product development with business and customer objectives.
- Become a subject-matter expert on assigned products and capabilities, developing a deep understanding of product goals, priorities, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Act as the key connection between product development and go-to-market teams, ensuring teams understand what is being built, when it will launch, and why it matters.
- Own the end-to-end product launch process, from planning and discovery through execution, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring clear accountability.
- Develop predictable and scalable launch processes that build internal excitement, strengthen market differentiation, and support successful adoption.
- Partner with Product Management on discovery and pilot programs to validate feature value, collect early feedback, and refine positioning.
- Create clear, compelling messaging and positioning for new features that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build and maintain accessible product documentation and ensure product knowledge is consistently distributed across the organization.
- Design and deliver enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams, equipping them to communicate product value confidently.
- Collaborate with Sales on demo flows and updates that effectively showcase product capabilities and customer outcomes.
- Establish processes to keep messaging, enablement materials, and other market-facing content accurate and up to date.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Product Design, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption of both new and existing capabilities.
- Partner with Product and Design teams on UX improvements, incorporating customer needs and market perspectives into product decisions.
- Maintain a Voice of Customer program and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and messaging strategy.
- Bring competitive intelligence and market insights back to Product teams to inform positioning, priorities, and strategic decisions.
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or comparable go-to-market environments.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with technical teams, particularly teams developing AI agents or other complex technical products.
- Demonstrated track record of managing cross-functional product launches from initial planning through execution.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to create differentiated messaging that clearly articulates customer value.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to identify meaningful customer and business value and translate it into compelling strategies and narratives.
- Ability to build close, productive partnerships with Product Managers and develop a deep understanding of their goals, priorities, challenges, and risks.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex product expertise into clear materials and effective hand-offs for distributed teams.
- Deep customer empathy and a customer-centric approach to messaging, positioning, and product marketing decisions.
- A maker mentality, with enthusiasm for understanding and contributing to the product-building process.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain clear, accessible, and well-organized documentation.
- Experience in martech, sales technology, enablement technology, or revenue operations is a plus.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment where adaptability and wearing multiple hats are essential is desirable.
- Experience owning Product Marketing for a complete product lifecycle or strategic product area in a larger SaaS organization is also valuable.
- Understanding of how technical products are adopted and used by customers in real-world environments is preferred.
- Based in India with the ability to collaborate in real time with US-based teams, including approximately 8 AM–12 PM EST overlap.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
