Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager
PeopleForce is an HR platform used by companies across Ukraine, Poland, Latin America and Europe to manage hiring, people data, performance, time, payroll and employee engagement in one place. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how our product is understood, positioned and brought to market.
This is not a role where you receive a finished brief and execute against it. You will own a product or market theme, figure out what needs to be said and done, and take it from research to market.
How the work reaches you
You are given a theme, not a brief. It might be our AI capabilities, payroll, performance management, a new market opportunity or a major product launch.
From there, you develop the approach: understand the problem, find the evidence, shape the positioning, choose the marketing mix, build what is needed and bring the work to market.
We think in themes. Finding the right solution is part of the job.
That means owning each theme end to end:
- Research. Understand the product itself, the market, the audience, the competition and what customers actually say. You do the investigation rather than waiting for someone to package the findings for you.
- Positioning and messaging. Decide what matters, what we can credibly claim, how we differentiate and what we should stop saying.
- Go-to-market and marketing mix. Decide which audiences, channels and formats make sense, in which sequence, and why this combination is right for the problem.
- Production. Turn the strategy into things people can actually see and use: landing pages, product pages, emails, campaign concepts, ads, articles, sales materials and whatever else the theme requires.
- Launch and follow-through. Get the work live, measure what happens, understand why, and use that evidence to decide what to change, scale or stop.
Your first months
Your first job will be to learn PeopleForce properly — not just the marketing description of it, but the product itself, the customers who buy it and the markets in which we compete. Then we expect you to:
- Take ownership of your first product or market theme.
- Build the case for how we should approach it: audience, evidence, positioning, messaging and marketing mix.
- Bring that work to market end to end.
- Measure what happened, understand why, and decide what should change, scale or stop.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product marketing or a closely related B2B SaaS role, with meaningful ownership of products, launches, campaigns or market themes rather than execution against someone else's task list.
- You can move from an ambiguous business or product problem to a clear marketing approach without waiting for a detailed brief.
- You understand B2B SaaS buying and sales motions and can connect product marketing work to pipeline, sales conversations, adoption and revenue — not just content output.
- You can choose a marketing mix that fits the product, market and buying journey, and explain why you chose it.
- You can get deep into a product, understand how it actually works, and turn that complexity into clear market-facing language without falling back on feature lists or hype.
- You are analytically strong. You can work with marketing, product and CRM data, use analytics tools confidently, investigate what is happening rather than wait for someone to prepare a report, and turn the findings into decisions.
- You know how to define whether a campaign or launch worked: what to measure, where to get the data, how to interpret it and what to do next.
- You ground positioning and claims in evidence: customer conversations, sales calls, CRM data, win/loss reasons, product usage, reviews, competitor research and market data.
- You are comfortable challenging an existing message or assumption when the evidence points somewhere else.
- You can write strong market-facing English yourself. Your copy should be close to publishable without another person rewriting it.
- You work AI-first. You use AI for research, analysis, synthesis and production, and build repeatable workflows rather than rely on one-off prompts.
- You are comfortable going beyond off-the-shelf marketing tools. You can use automation, APIs, no-code tools, lightweight code and AI agents to collect information, connect systems, analyse data or make repetitive work disappear. You do not need to be a software engineer, but technical limitations should not automatically become workflow limitations.
- You can work with customer evidence across different markets and languages, using AI-assisted transcription and translation where needed. Language should not stop you from getting to the source.
- You are comfortable working across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Design, and can build the relationships needed to get to the information yourself.
- You are comfortable talking directly to customers when the work requires it.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech or selling software to HR and People teams.
- Polish, Ukrainian or Spanish.
- Experience taking a B2B SaaS product into multiple markets.
- Experience designing your own AI-powered research, analytics or marketing workflows.
- Understanding of how products are discovered and evaluated across traditional search, AI assistants and emerging discovery channels.
What we offer
- A senior role with real ownership: you shape the approach, not just execute somebody else's brief.
- A product broad enough to give you substantial problems to solve — from AI and performance to payroll, compliance and employee experience.
- Direct access to Product, Sales, Customer Success and customer evidence rather than research filtered through several layers.
- The opportunity to work across multiple B2B SaaS markets with different buyers, competitors, languages and levels of product maturity.
- A marketing team actively rebuilding how work gets done around AI — with room to design better systems, workflows and agents rather than simply add AI to old processes.
- The tools and autonomy to take work from an initial question to something live in the market — and then understand whether it worked.
