💡 About the Role
This is not a classic backlog-management Product Owner role.
You will own product validation from idea → customer discovery → MVP → first revenue signals.
Your main goal is to validate real market demand and help launch AI products with commercial potential.

Growth team
CEO
CTO
CMO

🛠 What You’ll Do
Product Validation
Define ICP, workflows, pricing hypotheses
Identify customer pain points and buying triggers
Decide which ideas are worth validating

Customer Discovery
Conduct customer interviews and discovery calls
Validate urgency, budget, and willingness to pay
Gather commercial feedback from real users

MVP & GTM
Define MVP scope together with engineering
Collaborate with Growth on:positioning
landing pages
outreach
product messaging

Validation & Experiments
Run fast validation sprints
Test hypotheses and iterate quickly
Analyze commercial signals and market feedback

Decision Making
Make product decisions based on data and validation
Prioritize execution and speed
Operate effectively in uncertainty

✅ Requirements
5+ years of Product Owner / Product Manager experience
Experience building products from zero to first users or revenue
Hands-on customer discovery experience

Understanding of:MRR
CAC
pricing
funnels
product-market validation

Ability to work in fast-moving environments
Experience with AI tools, LLMs, automation, or AI products
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
