Senior Product Owner (CRM Platform)
Summary
University of Oxford seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive the strategic direction, adoption, and value delivery of its business-critical CRM platform. Day to day, they manage stakeholders across a large, complex organisation and influence senior decision-making.
Salary: £40,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with a proven track record in overseeing the strategic direction, adoption, and value realisation of a business-critical digital solution, ideally CRM, in a large, diverse organisation.
- We need excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across a complex, devolved organisation and influence senior decision-making.
- We need a strategic mindset with experience of owning and prioritising product roadmaps and backlogs, balancing limited resources, risks, and competing demands to maximise organisational value.
- We need a strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, continuous service improvement, and product management practices.
- We need a data-driven approach, using data and insights to inform decision-making, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- We need a proactive and collaborative leader, able to work effectively with stakeholders and technical and non-technical teams.
- We lead the development, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- We maximise the value delivered through the platform and associated products by determining product priorities, directing the platform roadmap, establishing product standards, and ensuring effective adoption of the platform as a core institutional service across the University.
- We work closely with the CRM Director, the platforms technical leadership, Product Owners for the products developed on the CRM platform, and stakeholder groups.
- We support the successful delivery of CRM-enabled services across divisions and colleges.
