Senior Product Owner (HealthTech) — Invitrace

Invitrace is a Thai AI HealthTech company building an integrated suite of digital-health platforms — hospital operations, wellness, telemedicine, and AI automation — used by leading hospitals and enterprises such as BDMS, Phyathai, and Ajinomoto. Our mission: reduce the NCD burden across Southeast Asia through AI and digital biomarkers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Lead requirements elicitation and uncover clients’ underlying business objectives, analyzing current-state (As-Is) processes and designing optimal future-state (To-Be) processes.

• Identify project risks and gaps, and manage scope changes through structured impact analysis.

• Define a clear phased delivery plan, including the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent releases.

Solution Design & Roadmap Planning

• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs that support future growth.

• Develop the delivery roadmap and prioritize features based on business value.

• Identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and integrations with external systems.

• Plan deployments, enforce quality standards, and oversee project closure.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with clients at the executive level.

Core Knowledge & Skills

• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and produce comprehensive documentation.

• Experience managing scope changes supported by thorough impact analysis.

• Ability to design high-level solutions and delivery roadmaps.

• Experience managing cross-team and vendor dependencies.

• Practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as Waterfall or Hybrid approaches where appropriate.

• Experience overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and tracking project performance metrics.

• Strong vendor and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to handle escalations and present to senior executives.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in Product, Business, or Project Management roles.

• Proven experience in project-based environments.

• Demonstrated experience managing medium- to large-scale projects.
  

Additional Skills

• Working knowledge of AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Strong English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Background in HealthTech, FinTech, eCommerce, Insurance, or large-scale digital platforms

• Familiarity with Figma, JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Postman, or equivalent tools
