About the Role:
WirelessCar is looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product development within a high-performing, cross-functional Agile environment.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining what should be built, why it matters, and in what priority work should be delivered. Working closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams, you will own and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring the team has the clarity, context, and direction needed to deliver maximum customer value.

You will collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Masters, serving as a key coordination point across teams, customers, and the organization. Beyond backlog ownership, you will help remove delivery impediments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to evolving ways of working and requirements management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.

  • Define product vision, goals, scope, and priorities for development teams.

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather, refine, and communicate requirements.

  • Ensure development teams clearly understand business context and product objectives.

  • Work closely with Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure successful delivery.

  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams in a complex technical environment.

  • Remove obstacles and support problem-solving at the team, customer, delivery, and organizational levels.

  • Drive improvements in Agile ways of working, product processes, and requirement management.

  • Participate in technical and architectural discussions to align product direction with engineering capabilities.

  • Communicate progress, priorities, and roadmap updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.

  • Proven experience working within high-performing, cross-functional Agile teams.

  • Strong understanding of building, operating, and maintaining large-scale software services.

  • Experience motivating and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels.

  • Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and software delivery principles.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
