Description

Lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of Data & AI products to maximize business value realization. Drive product vision, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and execution excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and data-driven transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Development Data & AI product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Establish & maintain product vision, objectives, KPIs, and value realization measures.
  • Prioritize initiatives and investments based on business impact and strategic alignment.
  • Manage a portfolio of data, AI, analytics, and digital products.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Data & AI products.
  • Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Ensure delivery timelines, budget adherence, and expected business outcomes.
  • Resolve strategic delivery risks and roadblocks.
  • Engage executive stakeholders to define priorities and strategic direction.
  • Act as the primary bridge between business, technology, design, and data teams.
  • Drive product adoption and business engagement across the organization.
  • Champion user-centric design principles.
  • Oversee user research, journey mapping, and product usability assessments.
  • Ensure intuitive, scalable, and high-value user experiences.
  • Establish product governance standards and operating procedures.
  • Monitor product quality, performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Data Governance, PDPL, security, and organizational standards.
  • Lead and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Product Management resources.
  • Establish product management methodologies, templates, and standards.
  • Build organizational capabilities across product management disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, or AI-related domains.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, or Change Management preferred.
